• Entrance Gate: Enter the main lobby of the newly renovated Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok (located next to the original Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri).

• Level: Take the elevator directly to the 10th Floor, where the Onsen and Spa reception is located.

• Landmarks: The hotel is situated in the prime Ratchaprasong district, directly overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and just a short walk from Erawan Shrine.

Visitor Essentials:

The Highlight: A luxurious Higashiyama Kyoto-inspired onsen experience featuring five varieties of mineral baths (including Silk, Soda, and Gero Hot Spring) with a rare, tranquil view of the lush Royal Bangkok Sports Club golf course.

The Vibe: Serene Urban Escape. Unlike the busier Thong Lor branch, this new location focuses on a “quiet luxury” aesthetic with light wood interiors, calming stone elements, and a dedicated Workation Lounge for those wanting to relax and work in peace.

Dress Code: Strictly No Clothing (in Onsen). The baths are gender-segregated and nude only (no swimsuits allowed). You will be provided with a Jinbei (Japanese casual wear) to wear in the common relaxation areas.

Opening Hours: 10:00 – 00:00 (Midnight) Daily.

Rules:

• Etiquette: You must shower thoroughly before entering the baths. Long hair must be tied up.

• Devices: Mobile phones and cameras are strictly prohibited inside the locker and bathing zones.

• Tattoos: Guests with large tattoos may be asked to cover them or use private onsen facilities (policies can vary, so check at reception).
